Our Background

Movement and dance has always been a big part of Gannas life . She began dancing as a toddler and continued to dance, perform, and choreograph through years after. She discovered true joy and spiritual fulfillment from Yoga and Meditation during her first Yoga training in Bali in 2010. 
Ganna teaches different styles of yoga including power vinyasa , mindful yin, chair yoga, family, prenatal, kids yoga and meditations.
Her classes incorporate fun vinyasa flow with a focus on proper alignment, mind/body awareness - finding balance by connecting breath and movement . Ultimately creating alignment and union within mind , body and spirit
